The benefit of living in the residential halls is really endless. And I think it's a really cool opportunity especially in a community college setting for students to get that first opportunity of living away from home. The housing here is awesome. There's two residence halls here on campus. There's one off-campus in Brunswick. We have two residence halls here on our South Portland campus Spring Point Hall and Surfside Hall. The Surfside Building is our traditional triple rooms, communal showers, communal bathrooms. Spring Point Hall is more of our suite-style. We have usually anywhere between a single room to students upwards of five students in these kinds of suites. The RAs did a wonderful job. The whole entire first few weeks, it was always an event going from Connect 4 tournaments, to pool tournaments, to early morning cartoons to finger painting, nail painting, just wanted to get together and have fun, meet new people. And I personally loved all of them. We have two dining options here on our South Portland campus. And the main one being your Ocean View Dining Hall, which is absolutely any kind of food that you need or want especially in terms of if you have any dietary restrictions. Our dining services can provide that for you. There are so many options every night and then they also have like the typical here's pizza every night. But you might have an option for grilled steak. SeaWolves Cafe is one of our really great options in terms of grabbing grab-and-go. They're able to go to our SeaWolves Cafe get something quick. And we also have what's called the Bite app so students can order either at Ocean View Dining Hall, or at SeaWolves and it's a really quick, easy, efficient, and very technology-friendly access for students to be able to get food at anytime.
