Being a Business student here is awesome because it's a lot of smaller classes versus a bigger university where you're just in a giant room and the professor probably doesn't even know your name. The professors are really connected with the students and willing to help. It's nice when you can feel like you're kind of forming a friendship with the professor rather than they're just like your superior.
A lot of the adjunct professors will have like their office hours. It's an open door policy there. Whenever they're there. They're available. It's been extremely useful, especially when it came to scheduling classes, you know, getting their input, seeing what classes are going to be best for figuring out if I like this or what's gonna look good on a resume.
Being a student at SMCC definitely keeps the costs lower. It's a more affordable school than some of the four-year colleges. Being a Financial Advisor is a nice calling card for clients. You know, "I'm financially responsible with my money. I'll be financially responsible with your money."
SMCC. It's time!
