The South Portland Campus houses a lighthouse, two incredible beaches, residence halls, athletic facilities, and it is an absolute gem, a real jewel for South Portland. We have a Midcoast Campus and Brunswick, Maine. The Brunswick Campus is really geared at traditional pathways for Liberal Studies, Business Administration, and Health Care. Affordability matters and we're really proud to be the most affordable tuition in New England. Everything that we do -- our policies or practices is with the student in mind. The last thing we want to do is put up unnecessary barriers to our students' success. We want to meet the student where they are and ensure that they get exactly where they're trying to go. At SMCC, we're really proud of our "Pathways" approach. What that means is we want students to be thinking about what their potential careers are from day one. So before they even apply to SMCC, to start thinking about, "What are my dream careers? What do I really want to do?" And then we want to make sure that we ask you, "How quickly do you want to get there? And more importantly, how quickly do you need to get there?" So you may want to get into health careers. But you don't have the time for what we would consider you know, an Associate's degree for that time. So perhaps a short-term training to get your foot in the door within the medical field might be better for you? And then it's about building those on and off ramps to get you back into a degree program so you can skill up and scale up. So for us, it's combining academic programming, the short-term training, and to give the student precisely what they need. It's about getting people from point A to point B. You improve your wages, you improve your skill set, you improve your station, and you can create a life for you that you really want in the beautiful state of Maine.
